Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the original Wicked Cushions products back in their packaging and secure them in a standard shipping envelope or box.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new cushions within 3-5 business days.
